Although we hope you love all your items from Avalon Athletica, should you not be 100% satisfied with your new apparel we have a few return options available
Our return policy is 14 days on all unworn, undamaged items – this means you have 14 days from receiving your item to make up your mind!
We want to make it as easy as possible so please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions!
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Please be careful when trying on items as we will not accept returns of any products that have deodorant, makeup, tan stains, perfumes or any marks of any kind.
- Full priced orders within Australia can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT or REFUND.
- When requesting a return please include your order number and items you wish to return so we can process your return within 3 business days
- International returns can be returned for STORE CREDIT or REFUND. See section below for more information
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of store credit and card/PayPal then your store credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded. Depending on your payment method the funds may take 3-5 business days to clear back into your account.
- Shipping will not be refunded unless an item is faulty or damaged.
- The customer is responsible for the full cost of their return shipping.
- It’s no stress to exchange something! Just send the item you want to swap back to us (you would just need to cover the cost of shipping).
- If there’s a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR store credit.
- Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. To ensure you can successfully exchange and receive your new item, we recommend processing and shipping your return to us ASAP.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.
Please follow the return link above and complete the steps regarding faulty items. In order for us to proceed, you must provide images of the fault and a description identifying the issue.
Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders, but mistakes do happen. If you receive an item or size that is different to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the images of the item you did receive as well as a photo of your packing slip. We can then help get this all sorted for you as quickly as possible
- Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 24 months from date of issue.
- Store credit is redeemable immediately after issue.
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded
- Any item throughout our site during sales can be return for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE of same item only – no refunds
Due to the large volume of sales, we are unable to guarantee your exchange items will be available upon processing as items do sell out quickly. Which is why we encourage store credits.
- All International customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return or exchange.
- Return rates for each country vary.
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
